Orders are prepared on working days. Delivery time and shipping cost are calculated and shown before you confirm the purchase, based on destination and weight.

Right of withdrawal

If you buy as a consumer, you have 14 calendar days from receiving the order to withdraw from the purchase without giving any reason and without penalty.

To exercise it, simply tell us your decision by any unambiguous means before the deadline: write to admin@ecomgi.com or use the form below.

We will refund all payments received, including standard delivery costs, without undue delay and within 14 calendar days of being informed of your decision. We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or you provide evidence of having sent them back.

Direct return costs are yours unless stated otherwise. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature and functioning.

Exceptions

Under Article 16 of Directive 2011/83/EU there is no right of withdrawal for, among others: sealed goods which are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery; goods liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly; and goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised.

Legal guarantee

Products carry the legal guarantee of conformity provided for by consumer law. If a product arrives damaged or does not match your order, write to admin@ecomgi.com and we will put it right.
