Who sells and to whom these terms apply

By confirming an order you accept these terms as in force at that moment. We recommend saving or printing them.

Capacity to contract

To buy you must be of legal age and have capacity to contract. If you buy on behalf of a company, you declare that you are authorised to do so.

Steps to conclude the contract

Choose the products and add them to the basket.

Review the basket: quantities, prices and total.

Enter the delivery address and, if you need one, the billing address.

Choose a payment method from those available: (detail still to be completed by the seller).

Before confirming you will see the full summary with the final price, taxes and shipping costs.

Press the «Order with obligation to pay» button. Your order is placed at that moment.

Correcting input errors before placing the order

You can change quantities, remove products or change the address at any step before confirmation, going back through the links in the process or from the basket.

If you spot a mistake after confirming, write to admin@ecomgi.com as soon as possible: as long as the order has not shipped, we can correct or cancel it.

Conclusion of the contract and confirmation

The contract is concluded when we confirm acceptance of your order. You will receive confirmation on the website and by email within 24 hours.

If the order cannot be fulfilled — for example, because of stock — we will tell you and refund any amount charged in full.

Filing of the contract document

We file the electronic document in which the contract is formalised and you can consult it at any time from your account, on your order page. We also send you the link by email.

Languages in which the contract may be concluded

The contract may be concluded in any of the languages offered on this website. The language in which you place the order will be the language of the contract.

Prices, taxes and shipping costs

Prices shown include applicable taxes and are expressed in the currency indicated on the website.

Shipping costs are not included in the product price: they are calculated by destination and weight and shown before you confirm the purchase.

If an obviously incorrect price were published by mistake, we will inform you before preparing the order and you may confirm it at the correct price or cancel at no cost.

Availability

Offers are subject to stock. If a product becomes unavailable after your order, we will tell you and you may choose to wait, replace it or cancel with a full refund.

Payment

If you pay by card, the details are entered directly into the payment gateway. This shop never sees or stores your card details.

Delivery and risk

The risk of loss or damage passes when you, or a third party indicated by you, take physical possession of the goods.

Right of withdrawal

Legal guarantee of conformity

Products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity. If a product is not in conformity you are entitled to have it repaired or replaced and, where applicable, to a price reduction or termination of the contract, under the terms and periods laid down by applicable consumer law.

You can write to admin@ecomgi.com or from your order page, where the conversation is recorded. We will handle your complaint as soon as possible.

Changes to these terms

We may change these terms. The version applicable to your purchase is the one in force when you confirm the order, which is recorded with it; later changes do not affect you.

Severability

If any clause of these terms is declared void, the remainder shall remain valid.

Applicable law and courts

These terms are governed by the law of the seller’s country. As a consumer you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of your country of residence and may bring proceedings before the courts of your own domicile.
